Our surrender process and donation policy

To support the care and rehoming of your exotic pet, we kindly request a donation either before or at the time of collection. The amount of this donation is entirely at your discretion and will directly contribute to the animal's welfare. Additionally, we will ask you to formally sign over your animal to Outcast Pythons, ensuring a smooth and legal transfer of ownership.

What happens after you contact us?

Once you have contacted us regarding the surrender of your exotic pet, we will promptly pencil in a date for animal collection. During this initial stage, we will ask you various questions about the animal to ensure we can provide the best possible care. This includes details such as its eating habits, feeding frequency, and general temperament.
